Do I need an app to send push notifications with Nevent?
Yes, push notifications require a mobile app where the attendee has given permission to receive them. You have two options: use Nevent's Superapp (a white-label app with your branding that your attendees download) or integrate Nevent with your own existing app. If you don't have an app yet, Nevent's Superapp is the fastest way to start with push notifications without building anything.
Does it work with my existing app?
Yes. If you already have your own app developed by you or a third party, Nevent integrates via SDK. The integration allows you to send push notifications from the Nevent dashboard to your app users without changing the rest of the experience. The SDK is compatible with iOS and Android and the technical integration is usually completed in a few days with help from our team.
