On Silver you introduce the customer and Nevent runs the demo, onboarding and signature. On Gold you do it, as an intermediary on behalf of Nevent.

Is this programme right for my business?

The programme is built for marketing agencies, consultants and small ticketing platforms working with festivals, clubs, promoters or venues. If you already advise promoters and want to offer them a marketing and audience-care platform without building one yourself, you fit. National groups and large ticketing platforms are outside the programme and handled by specific agreement.

What is a Nevent partner?

A company or professional who refers or sells Nevent to promoters and earns a commission for every account opened. Partners do not resell the platform or set its price: they sell at the published list price and Nevent always bills the end customer. There are two levels, Silver and Gold, depending on the work the partner takes on.

How do I join the programme?

You sign up on the partner portal (partners.nevent.ai): create your account, tell us who you are and which clients you work with, accept the programme terms and receive your tracked referral link. You join as Silver from day one, with no trial period and no separate contract. If you have questions before signing up, write to us at partners@nevent.ai.

What are the requirements to become a Gold partner?

Four hours of training on the platform, three active accounts previously brought in as Silver and a complete partner profile. An active account means registered and paying. It is a deliberate barrier: no partner rolls out accounts before Nevent has seen them work.

How much does it cost to join?

Nothing. Joining is free, with no minimum ticket and no committed volume. Every account that meets the terms earns commission, including a single Basic module subscription.

How do commissions work?

You earn a percentage of every module fee Nevent collects from your customer: up to 20% on Silver and up to 25% on Gold. The full commercial terms are in the partner portal you access when you sign up.

How do I get the badge?

When you join the programme you receive the Nevent Partner badge for your website and your proposals. Once you reach Gold it becomes Nevent Gold Partner. Use of the badge is governed by the programme terms and ends if you stop being a partner.

Can I manage my clients’ accounts?

You work on your clients’ accounts with the access they grant you inside their own organisation. There is no agency role or multi-client account: each promoter has their own account and contract with Nevent.
