Service Activation

The provider activates services only after payment confirmation. Digital services are available immediately upon purchase completion.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have fourteen days to exercise the right of withdrawal under Spanish consumer law, except for certain service categories indicated in applicable regulations.

Dispute Resolution

Ticket Provisions

Tickets remain the property of the promoter as revocable licenses. Refunds apply only in cases of cancellations or date changes. The inability to attend an event or purchase errors are not grounds for return.

Accepted payments include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through secure SSL encryption.

Admission and Attendance

Venues reserve the right to deny entry for security violations or non-compliance with event rules without right to refund.

Applicable Law

Spanish law governs these terms, with jurisdiction at the user's residence or place of contract performance.
