Each promoter receives their unique personalized link (e.g. yourclub.com/promoter-carlos). They register guests directly from the link. No more WhatsApp or Excel. System generates automatic QR per person. At the door you scan QR with tablet/mobile: green light = enters, red light = not on list or already entered. Dashboard shows you: Promoter Carlos registered 45, 38 came, 8 paid entry. You pay commission only for those who actually came.

How do I know which promoter really brings people and doesn't lie?

System counts automatically with unique QRs. Promoter A says "I brought 70 people". Dashboard shows: 70 registered, 52 actually came (18 didn't show), 12 paid entry = €360 revenue generated. Compare with Promoter B: 30 registered, 3 came (90% ghost), €0 revenue. You eliminate Promoter B and raise Promoter A's commission. Can I prevent people from sharing screenshots of invitations?

Yes. Each complimentary entry has unique dynamic QR: 1 person, 1 use, expires specific date. If you send invitation to Maria and she shares it with 5 friends, only the first one to scan QR enters.
